2. Products & Pricing
All listed product prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. EMI availability is subject to credit approval by partner financial institutions. Athomax Solutions acts as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) and is not a direct lender.
3. Order & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful receipt of the initial down payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a mandatory ₹500 advance payment is required prior to dispatch. For finance/EMI orders, down payment terms are strictly governed by the respective NBFC or bank policy.
4. Delivery & Installation
Standard delivery occurs within 24 to 72 hours across active serviceable pin codes. Basic installation is free for Televisions, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines. Deliveries to interior Gram Panchayat or rural areas may require 4 to 5 working days.
5. Warranty Terms
Athomax OEM Products: Backed by a 1-Year Onsite Warranty provided directly by Athomax Solutions.
Multi-Brand Products: Covered by standard official warranties provided directly by the respective manufacturer (e.g., LG, Samsung, Havells). Athomax operates solely as an authorized retail dealer and is not liable for third-party brand warranty claims or service fulfillment.
6. EMI Terms
The loan agreement is legally executed between the customer and the financing NBFC/Bank. Athomax Solutions is not responsible for EMI recovery, CIBIL reporting, interest penalties, or loan defaults. "0% Interest EMI" indicates that Athomax bears the subvention interest cost paid to the financing partner on behalf of the customer.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. All legal proceedings, claims, or disputes arising out of transactions with Athomax Solutions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in **Mysuru, Karnataka**.
